In the glass, it shows a deep ruby hue with an intense bouquet of black cherry, plum, graphite, and cedar, layered with subtle hints of chocolate and tobacco. On the palate, it's rich and velvety, beautifully balanced, with polished tannins and a long, elegant finish.
Galatrona 2010 pairs beautifully with classic Tuscan dishes such as pici al ragù di cinghiale, rosemary-crusted rack of lamb, or a perfectly grilled bistecca alla fiorentina. It’s drinking beautifully now, yet will continue to evolve gracefully through 2035. Decanting is recommended to unlock its full aromatic complexity.
