Top sommelier Tom Ieven, DipWSET, has already built an impressive resume at the age of 33. Currently, he serves as the Restaurant & Wine Director at Colette - De Vijvers**, and he previously worked as a sommelier at renowned establishments such as Hof Van Cleve*** and Zilte***. In 2021, Gault&Millau awarded him the title of “Sommelier of the Year” at Hof Van Cleve. Tom is also well-known for his achievements in sommelier competitions, holding titles such as “Best Sommelier of Belgium” in 2018 and 2019, and earning a semifinal spot in the “Best Sommelier of the World” competition in 2023.
