Top sommelier Tom Ieven, DipWSET, has already built an impressive résumé at the age of 33. He is currently the Restaurant & Wine Director at Colette - De Vijvers**, and he previously worked as a sommelier at renowned establishments such as Hof Van Cleve*** and Zilte***. In 2021, Gault&Millau awarded him the title of “Sommelier of the Year” at Hof Van Cleve. Tom is also renowned for his accomplishments in sommelier competitions, holding titles such as “Best Sommelier of Belgium” in 2018 and 2019, and securing a semifinal spot in the “Best Sommelier of the World” competition in 2023.
