With a sharp eye for detail and a love for true craftsmanship, he consistently creates surprising and refined dishes in the open air — authentic, creative and straight from the heart.

During this evening, he will take you on a culinary journey around the outdoor kitchen of Villa Licata. Expect pure flavours, refined techniques and a touch of spectacle:

  • Intense, aromatic creations from the charcoal grill
