On Wednesday 29 May, chef Pajtim Bajrami of restaurant Otoro (Gault&Millau 15.5/20) was a guest at Villa Licata to demonstrate his culinary skills. An unforgettable evening where top culinary talent was paired with the best from Licata Vini's wine cellars.

Chef Pajtim Bajrami of restaurant Otoro was awarded the trophy for Highest Newcomer of the Year in Flanders in addition to a fine Gault&Millau score of 15.5/20. With his refined cuisine and energetic nature, the young chef aims for pure culinary luxury with his dishes. A perfect dance between classic French cuisine and traditional Asian cuisine with which he manages to enchant time and again.
