Kristof Timmermans - Les Abris (Gault&Millau 14,5/20)

Chef Kristof Timmermans grew up in the countryside and discovered his love for cooking at a young age. After studying at the Anderlecht hotel school, he rose from apprentice to full chef, gaining experience in renowned restaurants such as Terborght and Marcus. His cooking is defined by precision, discipline, and dishes with a clear identity, where the ingredients take center stage and textures and flavor combinations consistently amaze.

At Les Abris, Kristof brings his passion to life through a cuisine of classical elegance and modern precision. Seasonal ingredients are treated with care and respect, each dish reflecting pure craftsmanship and perfectly balanced flavors. His creations invite food lovers to experience refinement and mastery.
