The wines of Il Colombaio di Santa Chiara capture the soul of Tuscany. Winemaker Alessio Logi inherited his passion from his father Mario, who taught him that great wine is made in the vineyard — not the cellar. With deep respect for the land, no use of pesticides, and a strict manual selection of only the finest grapes, Alessio crafts wines that are pure, authentic, and full of character.
The outdoor catering will be led by Karmo Fine Dining, under the direction of chef Majd Karmo. With Syrian roots and years of experience as sous-chef at the two-starred restaurant Cuchara, Majd brings a refined and inventive touch to every plate — blending tradition with contemporary elegance.
